NHS Talking Therapies in Gosport opens
The Talking Therapies service, delivered by Hampshire and Isle of Wight (HIOW) Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will relocate in October to newly refurbished accommodation at Brune Medical Centre in Gosport.
Funded by Community Health Partnerships (CHP), the remodel has created five therapy rooms and open-plan office space, enabling around 2,100 extra appointments each year, and improving access to local mental health support for residents in their local neighbourhood. The refurbished layout creates a more flexible clinical environment, better facilities for NHS staff, and supports multidisciplinary working with the Willow Group Practice.
